The team at Popp and Kretschmer ships every order directly from the heart of Vienna. Each parcel is carefully packed and sent with Austrian Post or DHL Express. Both options include insured shipping and tracking. You can check the status of your parcel at any time.

For orders within Austria and Germany, we cover the shipping costs from a value of 1000 euros. If the amount is below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of 20 euros applies.

Customers outside Austria and Germany receive the shipping costs automatically after entering their delivery address. This provides clear information and a smooth process.
