Consumers residing in the EU have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are made according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.

Auf unseren Kleidungsstücken sind Sicherungsetiketten angebracht. Wenn Sie die Sicherungsetikette von einem Kleidungsstück entfernen und trotzdem vom Vertrag zurücktreten, sind wir berechtigt, einen Wertverlust von bis zu 100 % zum Kaufpreis in Abzug zu bringen.

Exclusion or early expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not residents of a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at that time.
