You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are made according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Consequences of withdrawal<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.  <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">You must send back or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period expires. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Auf unseren Kleidungsst\u00fccken sind Sicherungsetiketten angebracht.
